Gazel stands behind the quality of our products and strives to provide complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our goal is to work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

Gazel accepts merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of receipt. An original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required as a valid proof of purchase for exchanges or refunds.

Return options include:
• exchange of returned merchandise for replacement merchandise of equal value
• a refund for the purchase price (plus applicable taxes in accordance with state laws)

To return an item by mail, re-pack the item in the original packing carton, insure the package, and mail it to:

Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Exchanges or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
